The most elementary form of managed services is a maintenance contract. iVertique provides software support, service and maintenance contracts. With coverage times up to 24×7 hours and response times of 4 hours. Includes a certified system engineer and spare parts at location. In addition, iVertique provides remote technical support and 24×7 hours of technical support via phone / fax / email. Software updates and upgrades and access to the Support Web Sites are also part of the maintenance contracts.
